I first noticed your customer services years ago. I was unable to locate a part for an older shower anywhere in Cambridge. I was preparing to go back home when your Technician contacted me on my cell phone. He had gone back for a second search and was able to locate the part. I thought that was above and beyond normal service for such a small part but that was just the first.
Since then we've had your Technicians out here for service calls and installation of new equipment. Always the same prompt service, thorough explanations and top quality work. I even woke on of your men up at 6:00 AM on a Sunday and he was about as nice a guy as you're going to find.
This summer we had you install a new Amana air conditioner and furnace. I know my medical condition is a challenge to work around since every scent is toxic to my system. But your people doing an extra burn on the furnace at the shop, constructing the pipes outside and letting them dry thoroughly as well as taking precautions with the personal bath products etc. was a Home Run. I really appreciate your consideration in that area.
We absolutely love the Amana system. I like how the fan comes on slowly, the constant air circulation and the thermostat that I can understand. I used to have to make sure I wasn't in the laundry room when the furnace came on to avoid the smell of propane. Not only is this no longer a problem but I can't even hear when the new furnace fires up. Fantastic System!
