Discount Maintenance Plan

Annual Maintenance: As a Member, you will receive annual maintenance (tune-up) during regular business hours for your home comfort equipment. We make every effort via email, phone call, and postcards to assist Members in remembering to schedule their tune-ups, however, it is the ultimate responsibility of the Member to ensure that their annual maintenance is scheduled and completed. If maintenance is not completed during the 12 months of your annual membership, benefit will be forfeited.

Discounts on Repairs and Products: Members receive a 15% discount on any service we provide in your home. Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions / offers or be applied to previous purchases or account balances.

Extended Guarantee: Requires concurrent membership throughout guarantee period.

Transferable: This agreement is transferable to the subsequent owner of the home in which the equipment and accessories are located, provided that T M Johnson Bros Inc. receives written notification of the sale of the property within 60 days. Extended guarantees will transfer to the new homeowner as long as membership is transferred.

$50 Certificate: Members will receive one $50 certificate at each annual maintenance tune-up. Certificates should be accumulated by Member and can be used to help pay for any qualifying installation done by T M Johnson Bros Inc. These certificates do not have any cash value and they cannot be used on previous installations or account balances. They cannot be combined with any other promotion, offer or discount. They must be presented to and surrendered to T M Johnson Bros Inc. at the time of quote approval and will be applied to your final balance due. Total certificates used at one time cannot exceed 50% of the total cost of the qualifying installation.
