Last spring our furnace was not blowing air – We called Johnson Brothers, they came out and said that the blower was bad and found out that our heat exchanger was cracked. We bought a new furnace with the air conditioner and de-humidifier. Our son was coughing and stuffed up all the time, but now is just fine since we changed over. When the Johnson Brothers crew came to install the furnace, they were very polite and took off their shoes, covered the steps going down to the basement, they were very helpful in answering questions.
We were so impressed that we had the sales Rep come back and talk to us about our water softener and Iron eater. He checked it out and it was not working at all like it should have. We were having it re-bedded to the tune of $500.00 a year and it still was not good. We bought the Brass Master MB-100 and Brass Master Clear-500 and have never had such nice water. It is crystal clear. They told us that we would not have to have it cleaned every year – It uses way less salt than the other one. We learned a lot about the different salts to use, again very helpful happy nice people to work with.
